Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the purchase date. If the 14 days have surpassed unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

To avoid marking shoes when first trying on:

  • Try on carpet to avoid marking the soles
  • Use sock or stocking to try on all shoes to avoid marking the lining of the shoes with dirt or debris. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges will only be given on items returned in person to our store. We do not provide exchanges online, but we are happy to provide full refunds on any eligible returns.

Purchased the wrong size?
If you are happy with your shoes but you have purchased the incorrect size, contact us as soon as possible via phone ((03) 54614332) or email us at sales@hartwellshoes.com.au and we will check the availability of the correct size. Provided we have your correct size available to us, we are happy to exchange your item in store. If the correct size is not available, a store credit or refund will be given. 

I think my item may be faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty, please see here for more information.

Please send any returns to 147 High Street Maryborough Victoria 3465 or visit us in store. 

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any returns are to be paid for by the customer.
